A gang attacked Baloch students at a university hostel in Punjab province of Pakistan.

According to details received received by The Balochistan Post, An attack by a gang on Baloch students of a Baha ud din Zakriya university of Multan left multiple students critically injured.

‘People’s Student Federation (PSF), student wing of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) attacked us and ransacked our hostel rooms’ Baloch students stated.

‘The attack was carried out on all Baloch students indiscriminately only because an argument had occurred earlier between a baloch student and a resident of Multan’ a student told TBP.

A video of the attack has also gone viral on social media, in which the attackers can be seen chanting ‘Jiye Bhutto’.

It’s not the first time that students from Balochistan have been attacked in an educational institute in Punjab. Multiple cases have been reported in the past too and Baloch students had protested against such violations but no action has ever been taken by University administration or by state authorities.
