Three additional cases of alleged enforced disappearances have been reported from Quetta and Mastung, while another previously missing man has reportedly been recovered.
According to reports, 22-year-old student Mohammad Sharif, son of Kabir Ahmed and a resident of Kardegap in Mastung, was allegedly detained by Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) personnel on 6 May 2026 from Munir Ahmed Road in Quetta before subsequently being disappeared.
In a separate incident, 20-year-old student Sudes Baloch, son of Mohammad Ashraf and a resident of Killi Ismail in Quetta, was reportedly taken from his home by CTD personnel during the early hours of 20 May 2026.
Another resident of Killi Ismail, tailor Haji Mohammad Karim, son of Mohammad Khair, was also allegedly detained during a late-night raid at his home on 22 May and moved to an undisclosed location, according to sources.
Meanwhile, reports said that Hafiz Lehri, son of Mohammad Noor Lehri and a resident of Mastung, has been recovered. He had reportedly been subjected to enforced disappearance on 20 June 2025 and was recovered in Mastung on 18 May 2026.
Pakistani authorities have not publicly commented on the allegations.
