Abdul Qadeer Baloch, a resident of the Qaziabad area of Noshki, was taken into custody by Pakistani forces from Quetta’s Liaquat Park area and moved to an undisclosed location, according to family members and local sources.
Sources said the incident occurred on the January 30 at approximately 3:00 p.m., when Abdul Qadeer Baloch s/o Zulfiqar Baloch was present in the area for business-related matters. He reportedly operates a diesel pump and had traveled to Quetta in connection with his work.
Family members stated that personnel identified as Pakistani forces detained him without presenting any legal notice or warrant. They said authorities have not disclosed the reasons for his detention or his current place of custody.
The family expressed concern over his safety, saying no official information has been provided since his arrest. They urged authorities to clarify his whereabouts immediately.
Relatives demanded that if any allegations exist against Abdul Qadeer Baloch, he should be produced before a court of law and granted due legal process. They also called on officials to inform the family about his condition and location without delay.
