The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for a series of attacks targeting Pakistani military forces and surveillance installations in Quetta, Kharan, and Sami.

According to a statement issued to the media by BLA spokesperson Jeeyand Baloch, the group’s fighters carried out three separate operations. In Quetta, the spokesperson said, fighters attacked Pakistani military personnel stationed on Brewery Road using a grenade launcher while they were manning a checkpoint. The BLA claimed that five soldiers were injured in the explosion.

In a separate incident in Kharan’s Barshonki area, the group stated that its fighters used a remote-controlled improvised explosive device (IED) to target a military truck, allegedly killing two personnel and injuring four others. Following the attack, the BLA alleged that the forces opened indiscriminate fire on nearby residential areas, damaging several houses.

The statement further claimed that on 30 October, BLA members attacked and destroyed surveillance cameras and a communications tower installed by the Pakistani military in Geshkor, Sami.

The BLA has claimed responsibility for all three incidents. Pakistani authorities have not yet issued any official statement regarding the reported attacks or casualties.
