Pakistani forces have allegedly killed a detained teenager and dumped his body in the Jhao area of Awaran district, Balochistan.

According to local sources, the victim has been identified as Hameed s/o Afzal, a resident of the Koto area of Jhao. He was reportedly picked up and forcibly disappeared by Pakistani forces five days ago. His mutilated body was recovered on Monday.

This incident adds to a growing list of custodial killings in Balochistan, where multiple individuals have allegedly died while in the custody of Pakistani military personnel or at the hands of state-backed “death squad” operatives.

There has been no official comment or explanation from Pakistani authorities regarding Hameed’s detention or subsequent death.
