The Baloch Students Action Committee (BSAC) has organized a two-day academic event, the Buleda Literary Festival, in Kech district. The event reportedly featured various academic and literary sessions covering diverse topics.

According to reports, the festival included career counseling, science presentations, panel discussions on Baloch education system and economic structure, drama and dialogue sessions, cultural activities such as Balochi folk songs and stories, traditional games, quizzes on Baloch history, introduction to the palm season tradition, and Baloch cultural games. Additionally, various stalls featuring art, science, photography, and culture were reportedly set up, while a book fair was also organized under the Balochistan Book Caravan initiative. The festival included programs of classical and modern Balochi music.

The event reportedly saw participation from BSAC central leaders as well as local teachers, political, literary, and social figures from the area. Speaking at the occasion, BSAC leaders said that the organization has always endeavored to organize such academic and literary events in all areas and cities of Balochistan, so that Baloch youth and children can be introduced to knowledge and awareness for their intellectual development.

According to the speakers, their aim is to create an educational environment that is free from all kinds of social evils, is pleasant and conducive, and where Baloch students can focus on their education and play an effective role in societal development.

The leaders further stated that teachers and youth in areas like Buleda have established an excellent educational environment through academic activities. They particularly praised matriculation students who prepared science projects and presented them at the event, describing this as clear evidence of their hard work and capabilities despite being deprived of modern facilities.

According to the statement, in this modern era, when Baloch youth prepare scientific projects through self-help despite lack of resources, it is truly commendable and praiseworthy. The speakers emphasized that such scientific efforts should be supported so that young people can be prepared for global competition.

The festival reportedly featured various stalls where young people presented Baloch cultural items and everyday use objects at cultural stalls. Students from different schools presented their prepared science projects, while art students set up art work displays along with photography stalls. A book fair under the Balochistan Book Caravan was also reportedly part of the event.

The two-day event concluded successfully, with all academic and literary activities conducted comprehensively.
