A man has reportedly been forcibly disappeared in Dera Bugti, while two individuals who had gone missing four months ago have been released in Turbat.

According to reports, Pakistani security forces allegedly abducted Shams Bugti and his father, Jaffar Bugti, from Bugti Colony, Sui.

Local sources said that security personnel, traveling in a Vigo vehicle, severely beat both men before taking them away.

Later, Jaffar Bugti was released, but Shams Bugti remains missing.

Shams Bugti is reported to be an employee of the Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL) in the Uch area of Sui.

Meanwhile, two individuals who were forcibly disappeared on October 13, 2024, from Behman and Shahi Tump in Turbat, have been released after four months.

The men, identified as Yasir Hameed and Atta Noor Bakhsh, returned home on Friday night, and their families have confirmed their safe recovery.

It is important to note that, following their disappearance, their families had launched multiple protests and repeatedly appealed to authorities for their release.
