The mother of Zakriya, son of Allah Bakhsh, who went missing in Gwadar a month ago, has made a heartfelt appeal for his recovery. Speaking to journalists in Gwadar, she accused Pakistani security forces of detaining her only son and keeping his whereabouts unknown since.
Through tears, she described Zakriya as her sole support and recounted how he was taken into custody by security forces a month ago. “I have knocked on every door for my son’s recovery, but all I’ve received are empty promises,” she said.
She explained her sacrifices to educate Zakriya despite living in poverty, hoping he would become her pillar of support. She called upon the Baloch community and human rights organizations to help secure his release.
The distressed mother also issued a stern warning, stating that if Zakriya is not released within three days, she will stage a protest, blocking major roads until her son is freed. “Our protest will be intense, and if we face harm during the demonstration, the rulers will bear full responsibility,” she declared.
