Frontier Corps (FC) personnel allegedly opened fire on trucks traveling from Mastung’s Dasht Kumbela area toward Dera Murad Jamali, damaging the vehicles and injuring their drivers.
According to local sources, the incident occurred earlier on Wednesday when FC personnel reportedly shot at the trucks, bursting their tires and leaving the drivers wounded. One of the injured drivers, while being transported to a hospital in a private car, was stopped near the Mastung FC camp. Witnesses claim FC personnel damaged the car’s windows and assaulted the driver, who was later hospitalized along with the injured truck drivers.
Following the incident, truck drivers staged a protest, demanding accountability and legal action against the FC personnel involved.
