At least three people were injured in a grenade attack on a construction company in Dera Murad Jamali, Balochistan, on Wednesday.
The attack occurred near the Jamali Grid Station, where unidentified assailants on motorcycles threw a hand grenade at workers. Local authorities confirmed that the injured were transported to a nearby hospital, with one individual reported to be in critical condition.
Later in the evening, the Baloch Republican Guards (BRG) claimed responsibility for the attack. In a statement, BRG spokesperson Dostain Baloch said their fighters had targeted workers involved in a road construction project. He added that the BRG would continue its attacks on “Pakistani military personnel and collaborators” until their objective of Balochistan’s liberation is achieved.
