“You are an agent of ISI; you are not a true Baloch” – Provincial ministers hurl severe accusations at each other

According to details, on Monday during a session of the Balochistan Assembly, there was a heated exchange of harsh words between Asadullah Baloch, the Minister and leader from Panjgur, affiliated with the Balochistan National Party (Awami), and Ali Madad Jattak, the Minister from the Pakistan People’s Party.

During Asad Baloch’s criticism of government members on the assembly floor, Ali Madad Jattak interrupted him, saying that “You are not a true Baloch; you should get your DNA tested.”

In response to these remarks, the BNP (Awami) leader accused him of being an agent of Pakistani forces and the ISI, after which other ministers present in the assembly intervened to silence both parties.

It is noteworthy that incidents of verbal altercations and abuses between ministers frequently occur in the Balochistan Assembly. Previously, there was also a heated exchange of words between Ali Madad Jattak of the People’s Party and the newly elected MPA from Jamaat-e-Islami, Maulana Hidayat ur Rehman, from Gwadar.
