According to police, seven people, including five children, sustained burn injuries due to a gas leak explosion that took place in Quetta’s Eastern Bypass area.
The couple and their five children were among those injured in the blast. According to medical sources, the condition of the injured is out of danger.
It’s pertinent to mention that dozens of people lose their lives due to gas leakage explosions in Balochistan every year. The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) continues to carry out scheduled and unscheduled load sheddings in various parts of Balochistan due to which such tragic incidents occur.
