A couple and their child were reportedly shot dead in Balochistan’s capital Quetta on Tuesday.
According to police officials, the couple and the child were shot dead by unidentified motorcycle-borne assailants near the Mandukhel-Abad area of Quetta’s Eastern Bypass.
Police said that law enforcement agencies and rescue teams reached the spot as soon as the incident was reported and the bodies were taken to Civil Hospital Quetta, where they were handed over to the heirs after autopsy.
As per the officials, the motive for the incident is old enmity. The police have collected evidence and started further investigations, they said.
