A young student reportedly fell victim to enforced disappearance in Balochistan’s Khuzdar district on Thursday.
According to reports, Javed Baloch, a graduate of Agriculture University Faisalabad, was whisked away allegedly by Pakistani security forces and intelligence agencies from his hometown Khuzdar.
As per family sources, Javed, a former chairman of the Baloch Council at the Agriculture University Faisalabad was forcefully abducted by Pakistani security forces and intelligence agencies on Thursday morning.
Security forces and intelligence agencies arrived at Javed’s shop in three tinted cars at 10:30 in the morning and abducted him forcefully, after which his whereabouts have remained unknown, family sources said.
Javed Baloch graduated from Agriculture University Faisalabad and is now a part-time teacher at a local private school in his hometown Khuzdar.
The Pakistani authorities have not responded to the queries regarding the case until now.
As per reports, this is the seventh case of enforced disappearances reported from Khuzdar district in the past few days. However, more information is yet to come.
