Indian Actors Tiger Shroff has expressed hope to meet Subhan Sohail, the young Baloch dancer hailing from Balochistan’s district Kech. Sohail went viral on social media after a video of him break-dancing was posted on social media. The video was appreciated and shared thousands of times on various social media platforms, making Subhan a sensation overnight.

Subhan’s viral video was shared by Pakistani journalist Mehreen Zahra Malik on Twitter. Tiger Shroff retweeted the video saying: “Hope to meet him someday.”

Subhan Sohail was interviewed by BBC Urdu after his sensational dance video went viral. In the interview, the young break-dancer said that Tiger Shroff, who is also a phenomenal dancer, was his inspiration. “I watched Tiger Shroff’s movies and I wanted to do what he did.”

Subhan was discovered in a ceremony in his school where he had danced in front of a large audience. The principal of his school, Momal Saqib Baloch, filmed doing the moves and the video was posted on social media, thus launching him into the spotlight.

Subhan is a self-taught dancer – he has never attended any dance classes. He has taught himself everything he knows from the internet.

Sohail Ismail, Subhan’s father, told BBC Urdu that his son used to watch Michael Jackson’s videos and then try to copy them. He said that when he found out that his son wants to dance, he supported him in his dreams. “I could not sleep the whole night when I found out that my son’s dancing video has gone viral”, he said.

Sohail said he hopes that one day his son will get to meet his idol, Tiger Shroff.
