The Dead body of a man was found in Kuchlak, a town near Quetta, Balochistan.

According to details, Manzoor Ahmed S/O Muhammad Rafeeq was a resident of Quetta. His dead body was found in Kuchlak and reportedly bore marks of torture and mutilation. “Manzoor Ahmed’s eyes and facial skin were removed”, the police said.

The police reached at the scene after receiving information about the body.

SP President Shafqat Mehmand, Circle DSP Kuchlak Shafqat Mehmood Janjua, SHO Kuchlak Noorul Hassan, in-charge Special Branch Malik Kabir Ahmad Baazi have taken the body into custody and shifted it to Civil Hospital for necessary procedure.

The heirs of the body were also present on the occasion. The motive of the killing is unknown.
