According to reports, Pakistani forces and intelligence agencies have allegedly arrested 2 Baloch men from Khairpur district of Sindh and transferred them to an unknown location.

The family sources of the mentioned persons told TBP, that 2 brothers, Kachi Khan Marri and Zaamur Khan Marri, residents of Khairpur, have taken into custody by Pakistani forces around midnight during a raid on their house.

The both men had gone missing after being abducted by Rangers and Pakistani intelligence personnel, due to which no information could be found regarding them, Family said.

Their family expressed fear that the abductees could be extra-judicially killed like other Baloch missing persons and they appealed to the human rights organizations to play their role for the safe recovery of aforementioned persons.

Where in another news, security forces have allegedly arrested two youths during a search operation in Kech district of Balochistan on Tuesday night around 2 AM.

According to details, Mukhtar son of Majeed and Abdul Wahab son of Mullah Abdul Hakim were abducted from their house “by Pakistani forces” during an operation in Mehnaz area of ​​Buleda in Kech.

As per another report, security forces cordoned off the surrounding areas of Alandoor in Buleda. A door to door search operation was carried out, whereas no arrests have been reported from yet.

It may be recalled that incidents of enforced disappearances of Baloch people have been reported in the past from Balochistan and other provinces including Sindh. While tortured bodies of missing persons have also been recovered in Sindh and Balochistan.

A few days ago, 5 dead bodies were found in Rajanpur, police claimed that the men were killed in a clash with the forces. They belonged to the Bugti tribe of Baloch ethnicity.

Two Balochistan-based political parties, Baloch Republican Party (BRP) and Baloch National Movement (BNM), have rejected the claims of the police, and said that deceased were forcibly missing who were later killed, which was termed a police encounter..

The families of Baloch and Sindhi missing persons are jointly protesting against the RajanPur incident in Karachi, earlier protests were staged in Germany and UK by the Baloch Republican Party (BRP) against the incident, which are continuing in other countries.

Enforced disappearances that started in the early 2000s have never slowed down in Balochistan, in fact, Baloch are now being abducted from outside Balochistan. Numerous people every year become victims of enforced disappearance.

Local and international campaign groups including Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International accuse Pakistani security forces as the culprits of these illegal detentions.
