The protest camp for missing persons continues on Eid
According to the details received by The Balochistan Post, The hunger strike camp for missing persons by Voice for Baloch Missing Persons VBMP has completed 3680th day today, where people from different walks of life visited the camp.
While talking to the visitors, the vice chairman of VBMP, Mama Qadeer Baloch said that, “while on Eid the whole Muslim world celebrates happiness but the Baloch people who belong to the same religion are mourning their dead and missing persons by the Islamic state of Pakistan”.
“Due to the continuous barbaric and criminal acts of Pakistani intelligence agencies for more than a decade now, Baloch people have forgotten to celebrate Eid”, he added.
According to Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP), the campaign group by families of victims, more than 40,000 Baloch men, women, and children are under Pakistani custody.
VBMP also alleges that at least 5,000 missing persons have been killed and dumped over last one decade.
