Six miners have stuck in a collapsed coal mine in Mach, Bolan.
According to the details received by the Balochistan Post, a coal mine collapse in Mach, area of Bolan has resulted in six miners getting trapped.
Rescue operation for the miners could not commence hours after the mine collapsed, which has increased the possibility of casualties.
Last month, two mines collapsed in Bolan district, killing 23 miners. Later a committee comprising of four members was formed to investigate the increased collapses of mines in Balochistan.
However, no improvement has been observed in health and safety conditions in these mines, which produce large amount of coals to fulfil energy needs of Punjab province.
