As many as ten people were killed and four others wounded in a suicide attack in Nangarhar’s Jalalabad city on Tuesday morning.

This came nearly ten days after 19 people were killed in another suicide bombing. Most of the killed were from the Sikh community.

As per TOLO News, the attack took place at around 10 am (local time) in Jalalabad’s PD6, a spokesman for the provincial governor, Attaullah Khoghyani confirmed.

Reports initially suggested that a fuel station had caught fire. Later officials denied it.

As per the report, a number of cars parked in the area and shops in the vicinity have incurred damages due to the explosion.
