Famous Baloch leader and head of Balochistan Liberation Front, Dr Allah Nazar has strongly condemned assassination of Karachi University Professor Dr Hassan Zafar Arif.

Dr Hassan’s tortured lifeless body was found yesterday in Karachi. He was convener of MQM-London.

Dr. Nazar condemned the assassination through his official Twitter account. He said that Pakistani Army is wiping out the cream of the people and not even sparing those who played important role in Pakistan’s creation and contributed to sustain it.

Dr Hassan Zafar Arif joined MQM in 2015 and became its convener after Dr. Farooq Sattar and his lobby left MQM to form their own faction. Dr. Arif was a Harvard fellow and a professor of Philosophy.

MQM has alleged Pakistani intelligence agencies being behind the murder of Professor Hassan Zafar Arif.

His murder was condemned by all walks of society including Baloch nationalist organisation Baloch National Movement.
