Human rights activist Dr. Mahrang Baloch arrived in Norway on Wednesday to attend a conference on human rights in Oslo.

In this regard, Baloch Yakjetti Committee (BYC) leader Dr. Mahrang Baloch posted on X and confirmed that she has arrived in Oslo (Norway) to attend a grand conference held every summer on human rights.

She said that Norway is known for its long-standing democratic traditions and the Nobel Peace Prize. “I will stay in Norway for a few days to attend a major conference bringing together human rights activists from 44 countries,” she added.

She mentioned in her post that she will be discussing enforced disappearances, rights abuses, and extrajudicial killings in Balochistan.
