Unidentified individuals reportedly forcibly disappeared a person from Karachi, the capital of Balochistan on Monday morning.

According to reports, unidentified individuals abducted a man identified as Syed Shani Marri from the Hawkes Bay area of Karachi. Sources told TBP correspondent that the aforementioned man took part in the recent long march against the “Baloch Genocide” in Madipur area of Karachi on Sunday — after which he was forcibly detained this morning, and since then his whereabouts remain unknown.

It’s pertinent to mention that enforced disappearances are once again on the rise, and people are being reported missing daily from all over Pakistan, especially from Balochistan. The human rights groups and Baloch political parties alleged that the Pakistani secretive agencies and military personnel were behind the incidents. However, the Pakistani government or related authorities often deny the allegations.
