Khuzdar police arrested a fake SSP police involved in drug trafficking along with his accomplice, drugs and weapons recovered.
Assistant Commissioner Khuzdar Jahanzeb Noor Shahwani while addressing a press conference at Levies Headquarters said that on the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Khuzdar Dr. Tufail Ahmed Baloch, 114 kg of hashish, two AK-47 guns and 180 bullets were recovered.
The suspects also injured a Levies official during the operation.
Jahanzeb Noor Shahwani said that fake official cards of various institutions have also been recovered from the possession of arrested accused Abdul Nabi and Sanaullah. The accused involved in drug trafficking posed as a police officer. A case has been registered against the accused and further investigation has started.
