Central leader of Balochistan National Party Mengal Nawabzada Haji Lashkari Raisani has said, mainstream media have been ignoring Balochistan’s issues and people of Balochistan have facing complete media blackout.

He shared these views on Friday while meeting with Chairman Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) I.A Rehman.

“Despite spending 33 billion rupees on law and order, brazen violation of Human Rights are committed in Balochistan while mainstream media is not interested in highlighting issues of Balochistan.” Nawabzada Haji Lashkari Raisani added.

“People involved in Lawyers’ carnage, PTC attack and Mastung blasts are yet to be produced in courts,” he said.

He added that powerful people have been brazenly violating 1940’s resolution which guarantees rights of small nation while a mind-set in Pakistan is working on policies in order to end identity of small nations.

“CPEC has turned into a threat for people of Balochistan because outsiders are being brought in Balochistan which would turn Baloch nation into minority but Balochistan National Party Mengal would halt all attempts of stealing Balochistan’s natural resources.” Raisani vowed.
