The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed responsibility for two separate attacks targeting Pakistani state infrastructure in the Kech and Nall regions of Balochistan.

According to a press release issued by BLF spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch, BLF fighters carried out an attack on a Zong mobile tower located in the Chot Bazaar area of Dasht, Kech district. The attack took place around 2:00 PM on May 15, 2025. The tower, which the group claims was being used for surveillance purposes along the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) road, was targeted with gunfire. The fighters then set fire to the equipment, causing extensive damage.

In a separate operation on the same day at approximately 6:30 PM, BLF fighters surrounded and took control of a Levies checkpost at Haranbow Charhai in Nall, located along the Gwadar National Highway (N-25 Link). The fighters seized all government-issued weapons and equipment from the post. The spokesperson emphasized that the Levies personnel on duty were spared and released unharmed “on humanitarian grounds and as fellow Baloch.”

Major Gwahram Baloch reiterated that the BLF accepts full responsibility for both attacks. He asserted that the BLF will continue to target Pakistani state infrastructure, including military installations and economic projects, until Balochistan achieves independence.

These developments underscore ongoing tensions and insurgent activities in the region, particularly against projects associated with CPEC and Pakistani military presence.
