The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) and Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) have both claimed responsibility for a series of coordinated attacks targeting the Pakistani military and its resources in various parts of Balochistan.
The BLA spokesperson Jeeyand Baloch announced that their fighters carried out four operations in Dukki, Zamuran, and Sibi areas of Balochistan. “These operations included the targeting and destruction of trucks involved in the exploitation of Baloch resources, surveillance cameras, a communication tower, and a military post.”
According to BLA spokesperson, in Dukki, six trucks transporting coal to Punjab were set on fire. In Zamuran, a surveillance camera and an internet communication tower were destroyed. In Sibi, a military post was attacked, resulting in injuries to at least two Pakistan army personnel. The BLA has vowed to continue its attacks until Balochistan achieves independence.
Simultaneously, the BLF, through its spokesperson Major Gohram Baloch, reported two attacks on a Pakistani military post in the Mashkay area of Awaran.
As per the BLF statement, the first attack conducted in the evening with heavy weapons, left two army personnel dead and three injured. A subsequent attack using automatic weapons caused further casualties and damage. The BLF also pledged to persist in its struggle until the complete liberation of Balochistan.
Both groups have reiterated their commitment to intensifying their resistance against the “occupying” Pakistani military and its collaborators in their quest for an independent Balochistan.
