One after the other two bomb explosions occurred in Khuzdar city of Balochistan on Monday evening.

The first blast took place at Umar Farooq Chowk, a bustling business center in Khuzdar city, followed by a second blast carried out by a motorcycle-mounted bomb shortly after the public had gathered. As per sources, most of the people were injured in the second blast.

According to the police, 13 people have been injured in the blast and two of them are in critical condition.

The injured were immediately shifted to the hospital. The district administration declared an emergency in the hospital. Meanwhile, the city was cordoned off by law enforcement agencies and the search for attackers is underway.

A security alert has been issued across the city, on the other hand, investigative agencies are busy collecting evidence from the crime scene.
