An elderly man was whisked away reportedly by the security forces from the Tump area of Balochistan’s Kech district on Wednesday evening.
According to reports, a man named Ghulam s/o Nazar Mohammad forcibly disappeared allegedly by the Pakistani law-enforcement forces during a raid in the Gomazi village of Tump.
According to eyewitnesses, a military convoy consisting of 20 vehicles entered the village and carried out a house-to-house search operation, beating up women and children in the house and the aforementioned man was taken away.
Locals expressed deep concern over violence against Baloch women and children and said that the forces took the man to their main military camp in the area.
