Senior lawyer Amanullah Kanrani Advocate has filed a petition seeking disqualification of Chief Minister Quddus Bizenjo for distributing money among the people.
“This was against the dignity of men and women”, Mr. Kanrani told reporters on Saturday. He filed the petition at the Balochistan High Court (BHC).
This petition has come a couple of days after the CM Balochistan distributed money among the protesters in Gwadar after ending the 32nd days long protest.
“This act was against article 14 of the Constitution”, Mr. Kanrani stated.
There was no immediate response from the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. The video widely shared on social media shows CM Bizenjo distributing money among the people. This act was strongly condemned on social media as well.
