Recently launched operation by Pakistan army continues in Mand area of Balochistan. Military has carried out raids and search operations in Dalsar Mand area of district Kech.
According to details, several explosions and firing have been reported today afternoon near a Pakistan army check-post.
As per the local sources, 3 rockets have been fired on Pakistani forces’ check-post from unknown direction, due to which a vehicle was damaged but no casualties have been reported so far.
It is to mention that Pakistani forces have been hit several times by armed groups in Mand and surrounding areas, however, no armed organization has claimed today’s attack yet.
On the other hand, according to local sources, a large-scale military operation has been launched by Pakistani forces in Gobard area of Mand. The forces have been searching door to door and blocked the entry and exit points of the town.
Sources further told TBP that the Pakistani forces have been busy in operation since morning, which still continues. However, details of the arrest and other losses could not be ascertained due to the sieged and lack of communication facilities.
It may be recalled that operations in different areas of Balochistan are reportedly being conducted continuously by Pakistani forces and intelligence agencies due to which thousands of Baloch families are compelled to migrate. While hundreds have been reportedly gone missing after being arrested by Pakistani forces during operations.
