It is pertinent to mention that Shahzaib is a final year medical student of Bolan Medical University and was in his home town for Eid holidays.

Two Baloch civilians were reportedly abducted from Kharan Area of Balochistan.

According to local sources, Pakistani Forces arrested at least 2 more Baloch from different areas of kharan, Balochistan in an ongoing military operation.

In another in incident, a person named Masood s/o peer Mohammed was ‘abducted’ by security forces from Mand, area of Balochistan on Sunday.

The term ‘abducted’ is widely used in Balochistan to connote arrests made by security forces as the arrested are not presented before court of the law and instead kept in military camps.
