One man killed and another injured when a motorcycle hit a landmine
According to the details received by the Balochistan Post, a contractor was killed today when his motorcycle hit a landmine planted on the way in Phelawagh area of Dera Bugti district.
The contractor was identified as Khan Muhammad, who was killed in the blast, and identification of his local guard could not be known immediately.
The armed group, Baloch Republican Army, has claimed the responsibility for the attack.
“We attacked the contractor with an IED, he was working on an under-construction dam, and was involved in the exploitation of Baloch resources,” claimed Sarbaz Baloch, a spokesperson for BRA.
