UBA has claimed responsibility for armed attacks on forces in Kohlu and Sibi

According to details received by The Balochistan Post, United Baloch Army (UBA), a Baloch armed group has taken the responsibility of several attacks on Pakistani forces in Kohlu and Sibi areas of Balochistan.

Mazar Baloch, spokesman of UBA in a statement has said that their fighters attacked paramilitary forces, Frontier Corps (FC) camp with heavy weaponry in Karmowadh area of district Kohlu yesterday evening. ‘Several forces personnel were killed and injured in the attack’, he claimed.

“Our fighters attacked another FC camp with RPGs and automatic weaponry in Tali Daman area of Sibi. The attack resulted in killing 3 FC personnel and injuring 4 others”, Mazar Baloch said.

Baloch Republican Army (BRA), another Baloch militant group has also claimed killing of several forces personnel and confirmed the death of one of its fighters.

“Our fighters encountered with Pakistani forces while patrolling in Mand Gobard area of Balochistan and one of our fighters, Zubair Jan, lost his life, whereas, several forces personnel were killed and received injuries in the combat,” Sarbaz Baloch, spokesman of BRA stated.

“BRA pays rich tributes to Martyr Zubair Jan for his sacrifice. Zubair Jan’s brother Waris Jan also sacrificed his life in the defense of motherland”, Sarbaz Baloch added.
