The wo women and a child have succumbed to burn injuries caused due to a cylinder blast, which happened during a marriage ceremony in Shapuk, Turbat. The recent deaths have increased the total death toll from the incident to fice.

According to local TBP correspondent, two women and a 3-year-old child have succumbed to their injuries three days after the cylinder blast in Shapuk.

Earlier a stove cylinder exploded during a marriage ceremony killing two and injuring at least 12 women and children.

According to latest updates 3 more injured persons have now lost their lives, while under treatment in a hospital.

The three deceased persons belong to the same family. Sakeena and Sameena are sisters, whereas, the 3-year-old child is daughter of Sakeena.

The women injured in the blast were taken to Karachi for treatment as there are no burn units in Turbat or Makuran. At least three other injured women are currently in critical condition.

According to reports by UN, Balochistan has one of the worst health infrastructure in the region.
