A hand grenade was hurled at a surrendered Baloch militant’s house in ‘Kohi Goth’ area of Karachi
According to the details received by the Balochistan Post, last night, unknown men hurled a grenade at the house of Ghulam Rasool in ‘Kohi Goth’ area of Karachi.
As a result, the portion of the building was damaged and windows were shattered, but no casualties were reported.
According to sources Ghulam Rasool remained a member of a Baloch militant organisation but surrendered in front of Pakistani forces afterwards. He had been attacked in the recent past too and had sustained injuries. A Baloch militant organisation had claimed the responsibility for the past attack.
Baloch militant organizations often target the former members of their organizations who have surrendered in front of Pakistani forces.
Militant organizations deem surrender as treachery and do not hesitate to target their own former members.
