Even though the worst enemy to a freedom seeking folk, those physically resisting in particular, is an informant, but killing them can not be branded as wise nor is it the only option.

Sentencing informants to death is the biggest blunder taking place in the Balochistan resistance movement, currently. Urgent change is required to fix this error. Let us take some period of time to elaborate on this matter and try to reflect on a different approach.

The most common question asked when you engage in a casual conversation with a friend or sit in a gathering, or what is called as the “nind o niyadh” of the Baloch people, is that “what can be done differently?”. Many suggestions slip through the tongue of respectful folk, a few out of anger or discomfort and none but a few sensible. Before we put this particular topic into reading, we must keep in mind that anyone of us, a Baloch, reading or listening to this, is without a relative he has lost in this war. What I write and you read concerns every Baloch, greatly. Its a mere fact that there is hardly a Baloch who has not yet been effected by this occupation.

There is a wound in every heart. What you say touches that wound. We must be cautious while touching that wound. Wisdom is, after all, a powerful gift. One wrong word, and you are against the Baloch interest. No matter how many attacks you carry out and armed personnel you kill, its not wise to kill a Baloch only for he is an informant. Discussed in the “nind o niyadh” is this topic among many.

Some try to use their “logic” to justify this insane act of murder. You can not just kill a Baloch and try to look different than the Pakistani army. They kill the Baloch for being traitors, and so do you. Why do you ignore the fact that when you kill one person, ten other would stand for the retaliation of their blood. After all, we are Baloch! In addition to this case, If we are to be frank, our resistance movement in the side of Dera Bugti has been weakened more by such people (who grew out of these blunders) than the Pakistan army. Did you ever wonder what increases the number of Baloch joining our freedom movement on a daily basis? Its because, among other reasons, that they have lost their loved ones to this barbaric occupation of Pakistan.

And if you are going to force the same law of killing on the people who are forced or compelled to go astray or become informant, you are not different than Pakistan army. Do you want to grow more hostility among the Baloch masses? I bet your answer would be no.

We listen but only to reply. It maybe said now that this guy here is comparing the Baloch Sarmachars to Pakistan army so he must be a “propagandist”. I am not a propagandist. As far as my case is concerned, I’d like more to be called a critic. Neither this article nor do I have any focus on any organization selectively or specifically. Any organization that follows a blunder after blunder makes no contribution to this movement but a blunder. I am avoiding to be selective in this case, because this blunder is followed by the entire resistance movement. We need to dump the idea that we can kill all the informants. No, we simply can not.

Pakistan has followed that policy against the Balochistan freedom movement by trying to kill every single person standing for freedom but ended up unintentionally widening the support and love for it from/among the Baloch. From this particular blunder, wise men learns a great lesson. And As a freedom seeking folk, we have a right to kill but only with a law under which we are obliged to consult first. In this case, families of these people (informants) should be consulted before any decision is taken regarding their fate. After all, its their offshore and they have brought them up not merely to be killed.

Baloch resistance organisations have already lost much of their respect among the Baloch masses. They have made the worst kind of blunders ever imagined. The places where they were wanted the most by masses now they are cursed in their presence. Those people who supported them and hide them in their homes, now they don’t even care for their existence simply because they’ve had enough of the blunders after blunders we have kept making. And If I were to detail every blunder, it would take me a book.

To be totally honest, We are already weak as a nation whose only source of resistance is an AK47. If we continue to misuse even that little piece, we are not to expect more than an in-vain result for the struggle we have been doing for decades. I do not understate our nation, I am proud of it. And I do not mean our idea of an independent Balochistan is weak. But our approach to that noble goal is being weakened by the blunders that we continue to follow. If we are to work for freedom, we need not to avoid the thorns and blunders that we make.

Until we learn to make a healthy and decisive approach in this regard and address every little problem concerning our freedom movement, we continue to follow a blunder.
