Balochi singer and a student is allegedly abducted by Pakistani forces from Kech district of Balochistan.

Sources told TBP that Nisar Adil s/o Khaliq-dad was abducted by security forces from his home in Buleda-Bit area, on Thursday night. Since then his whereabouts are unknown.

Nisar Adil is a Balochi singer, apart from this he is he is following BS Physics at Sindh University. He was abducted from his home where he was spending his holidays.

District officials have not yet commented on this incident.

Two days ago, on 18 March, a Baloch writer and poet Inayat Saleem was also forcefully abducted by Pakistani security forces from Kech district.

Incidents of forced disappearances in Balochistan are being reported on a daily basis, where abductees include students, political activists, writers and people from other walks of life.

Enforced disappearances and dumped bodies are not uncommon in Balochistan. Thousands of people have gone missing and hundreds of dead bodies have been found over the past two decades, most of them were reported the political, social or rights activists.

Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP) a campaign group by the families of Baloch missing persons, alleges that Pakistani secret services kill and dump the bodies of missing activists in remote areas.
