At least one personnel of Pakistani forces was killed and six others were injured after a helicopter crashed near Eastern bypass in Balochistan’s capital city of Quetta today.

According to details received by The Balochistan Post, a military helicopter, carrying injured soldiers, was on route to Quetta from Kohlu when it crashed in outskirts of Quetta city.

The injured have been taken to the Combined Military Hospital, Geo TV reported quoting Quetta Deputy Inspector General (DIG).

The crashed helicopter was on a medical evacuation mission to move out soldiers who were injured in a skirmish with Baloch armed groups in Kohlu, Balochistan.

Earlier, reports coming from the Kohlu region suggested that three members of BLA had also lost their lives.
