A series of tragic incidents on Monday claimed the lives of at least five individuals in different parts of Balochistan.
In the vicinity of Khuzdar’s tehsil Wadh, a man named Rasool Baksh, son of Illahi Baksh, met a tragic end due to accidental electrocution. The local administration handed over the body to the deceased’s grieving family after the necessary medical and legal procedures.
The industrial city of Hub Chowki witnessed a tragic incident as Saleh Muhammad, a 42-year-old resident of Karachi, and his 12-year-old daughter, Tabiya, lost their lives after drowning in the Hub canal while bathing. The rescue team retrieved their bodies from the water and handed them over to the family after the required legal and medical procedures.
In Quetta’s Khezi Chowk, a young man named Siraj faced a fatal encounter with thieves. When he resisted the theft of his motorcycle, the assailants shot him dead on the spot before they fled with the bike.
In Aabsar, Turbat, violence erupted when unidentified gunmen opened fire on Jamal, a resident of Tijaban and son of Noor Muhammad. The victim died on the spot and the assailants fled from the scene.
