Pakistani forces have allegedly detained a youth from Nushki district of Balochistan and subsequently moved him to an undisclosed location.

According to reports, Haroon Baloch, the national gold medalist player of Bolan Taekwondo Institute Nushki, has gone missing after being detained by the Pakistani forces from Nushki.

A family member of the aforementioned youth confirmed the incident and expressed serious concerns for his life.

It is noteworthy that enforced disappearances are not uncommon in Balochistan as a new case is reported every day. On the other hand, families of Baloch missing persons are protesting against enforced disappearances and extra-judicial killings of missing persons in “fake encounters”.
