Scores of women in tehsil Oramara of district Gwadar took to the streets on Friday to protest against the water shortage in the area. They said that they crave every drop of clean, drinking water, and this scarcity has brought them to the roads in protest.

According to the details, female protestors from Choona Lane in Oramara sat on the road in protest, saying that the water shortage has been going since Ramadan. They said that the authorities have turned a blind eye to the water shortage gripping the area.

The protestors appealed to the chief minister of Balochistan, MPA Gwadar and officials of public health to address the issue and ensure the supply of clean, drinking water in the area.
