In the past few days, various operations have been carried out in different areas of Balochistan. The security forces have allegedly been assisted by military choppers and numerous enforced disappearances have also been reported in these operations.

According to the information received by The Balochistan Post; the influx of military personnel in district Sibi is continuing uninterrupted. Military helicopters have also landed in the area.

The local sources have stated that the security forces are entering in Tili area of Sibi en masse from the past few days, whereas four armed helicopters have also been seen circling the region. The sources suspect that the mass arrival of security forces and helicopters means an operation is underway.

No relevant information has been received from the district authorities regarding the mass presence of armed forces and military helicopters in the area.

In an operation yesterday, four persons were apprehended in Awaran and moved to unknown locations by the forces. Afterwards, the military helicopters carried out a heavy shelling in the area.
