Family members of a murdered young student blocked the road to protest in Rakhni town of Barkhan district.
According to the details received by the Balochistan Post, a student of 8th grade, Jaleel Ahmed S/O Mir Khan, was killed in a firing incident when he left his house for the examination hall today in the morning.
Unknown armed motorcyclists opened fire on young Jaleel Ahmed when he left his house for an exam in the morning, the boy lost his life on the spot; whereas, another woman was caught in the firing and sustained bullet injuries.
The injured woman was later identified as Sehra Bibi D/O Sultan Muhammad.
Consequently, the family members of Jaleel Ahmed blocked the road and protested along with the dead body of the young boy.
Locals termed the incident an attempt of robbery which turned ugly and resulted in the death of a boy and injuring a passerby woman.
