Two Baloch students have forcibly been disappeared from district Kech, Balochistan.

According to details received by The Balochistan Post, Pakistani security forces arrested two young students, including a teenager, from Heeronk in Kech on Friday.

The students, identified as 15 year old Musaap s/o Jharo and 20 year old Tahir s/o Sardo, were taken to undisclosed locations after the arrest.

The students were arrested while they were on their way to a local market in Heeronk.

It was not clear why the young students were ‘forcibly disappeared’. However, Balochistan is plagued by the enforced disappearances of Baloch youth and activists. recently instances of ‘women and children abductions’ have also been reported.

International campaign groups including Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International accuse Pakistani security forces as the perpetrators of ‘illegal abductions in Balochistan’.
