Armed attack on CPEC route killed two Pakistani forces personnel and left numbers injured.

According to details received by The Balochistan Post, an armed attack on Pakistani paramilitary forces killed two personnel and injured several, on China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) route in Kelkor area of district Panjgur on Monday.

‘Unknown armed men carried out the attack on forces while they were guarding the CPEC route’ local sources said.

According to the rescue sources, deceased and injured were taken to the nearest hospital.

Responsibility of this attack was later claimed by Baloch Liberation Army (BLA).

Jeehand Baloch said that two personnel of Pakistani forces were killed and several were injured in the attack by BLA and BLF fighters. “Our attacks will continue until the independence of Balochistan,” he vowed.
