Baloch Liberation Army has claimed responsibility for the attack on five-star hotel in Gwadar.

In a tweet circulating on social media, BLA has said that members from its Majeed Brigade are behind the attack on Pearl Continental hotel in Gwadar.

The group has also posted a picture of its slain leader Aslam Baloch, who is considered the founder of Majeed Brigade that solely comprises of suicide attackers.

BLA has said that target of the attack was “Chinese and other foreign investors”.

Earlier, armed assailants had stormed the five-star hotel in Gwadar and are still thought to be inside the hotel.
