FC outposts attacked by Baloch insurgents in ‘Klaho’ and ‘Spi Kahn’ areas of Tump Tehsil

According to the TBP correspondent, rockets were fired on a Frontier Corp’s outpost from an unknown direction in Klaho town in Tump tehsil of Kech district.

A Baloch armed group, Baloch Republican Army, claimed the responsibility for the rocket attack on the FC outpost. In a press release, BRA claimed that the forces suffered heavy losses in the attack, however, the claim could not be verified independently.

Whereas, Balochistan Liberation Front, another Baloch armed group, claimed responsibility of a rocket attack on an army camp in ‘Spi Kahn’ area of Tump.

Both the groups said their attacks will continue ‘until the independence of Balochistan’.

Tump is located adjacent to the Iran-border and it is one of the most volatile areas in Balochistan, as armed skirmishes are common occurrence between Pakistani forces and Baloch armed groups
