Four more go missing from different parts of Balochistan, as the enforced disappearances continue.

According to the details received by The Balochistan Post, at least three persons have been picked up from Zehri town of Khuzdar district and one from Kech district.

Earlier today, Personnel of Frontier Core conducted a raid in the Terasani village of Zehri Tehsil, where, in a door-to-door search operation, three men were picked up by the forces.

Persons who were picked up by the forces were later identified as Wahab s/o Wadera Rustam Terasani, Haji Kifayat Ullah s/o Abdullah, whereas, identification of the third one could not be ascertained.

In another news, a man namely Shah Murad has been allegedly picked up by the forces from Kolowa town of Kech district.

Shah Murad s/o Faqeer daad, a shopkeeper in Bilor village, was on his way to Turbat city when he was taken away by security forces after being stopped at a check point.

Passengers who were travelling with Mr Shah, claim that Shah was removed from the van on Sagak check-post after being identified by the personnel of security forces.

According to Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP), a campaign group by families of victims, more than 20,000 Baloch men, women and children are under Pakistani custody. VBMP also alleges that at least 5,000 missing persons have been killed and dumped over last one decade.

International campaign groups including Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International also accuse Pakistani security forces as the culprits of ‘illegal abductions in Balochistan’.
